You may have noticed that I haven’t been keeping up with my weight loss posts lately. Well, that wasn’t an accident. I’ve been avoiding writing any of those posts for the last few weeks because I haven’t lost any weight. π
It’s a bit discouraging, and even after I have given up my homemade frappe habit for almost two weeks now! Oh well. I’m moving forward, and I’m hoping for a loss this week. To help encourage this a bit more, we’ve really added to the amount of vegetables that we are eating lately. And I know this obviously isn’t “raw” but I’m cooking a lot of our vegetables. It makes eating them so much more enjoyable. We’re eating green peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, red peppers, olives, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, and avocado, to name a few.
Overall, I’m feeling pretty good. I’m still exercising 2-3 days a week. I just want to see the scale cooperate a little more. π
