I know that in order to accomplish my big goals for 2012, I need to set smaller doable goals on a regular basis to accomplish those larger goals. I use Ann Voskamp’s printable planning sheet for my daily goals, and to go along with that, I’ll be posting 10 goals to tackle each week.
Here’s my list for this week:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1. Come up with a family activity for us to do for our Family Day on Friday.
2. Cook with Nathan for our “cooking day” together.
Personal Goals:
3. Walk for 30 minutes 4 days this week for exercise.
4. Read Chapters 5-9 in WordPress Web Design for Dummies by Lisa Sabin-Wilson.
5. Wake up by 7:30am every morning. I’m slowly going to work my way down to waking up by 5:30am each morning over the next few weeks.
Home Management Goals:
6. De-clutter Kitchen
7. Sew hole in Breanna’s pants
Business Goals:
8. Write 1 Blog Post per day.
9. Start client website.
10. Make graphic for new 2012 Weight Loss Journey (more on this later).
What are your goals for the week?

Good luck with all of your goals. Your web design looks very nice. I have come to learn a little about designing a wordpress blog and was wondering if you recommend the WordPress Design for Dummies book.

Hi Katie,
I definitely recommend the WordPress Web Design for Dummies book. It’s been an easy read so far and it’s full of lots of great information on building different types of website with wordpress.
Thanks for stopping by!
