I weighed myself this morning, and my weight was 198 lbs. That means I’ve lost 2 lbs. since my last update, and I’m under 200 pounds!
The last time I was under 200 lbs., Nathan was a baby.
Nathan is now 12 years old, so its been a long time since I’ve seen a ONE as the first number on the scale.
But I’m glad the day has finally come!
Here’s what my progress looks like overall:
Beginning weight: 220 lbs.
Current Weight: 198 lbs.
Goal Weight: 170 lbs.
# of total pounds I want to lose in 2012: 50lbs.
# of pounds to go until I reach my goal: 28 lbs.
Total # of pounds lost to date: 22 lbs.
Total # of pounds lost since giving birth 7.5 months ago: 50.5 lbs. (I weighed 248.5 lbs. when I came home from the hospital with Elisabeth)
And finally, I was thinking today about what I’d like my final goal weight to be. The weight I’d like to arrive at and feel healthy.
I think that weight for me is 138 lbs.
I realize this means I have 60 lbs. to lose before I get to my goal weight, and that’s okay. Lord willing, I will get there.

Congratulations Sandra on getting into the one hundreds. I am sure you are really happy. You are now already half way to your healthy weight goal. That must feel really good. I have not weighed this week so I don’t know how I am doing but I am so glad for you to reach this milestone in weight loss journey. I hope you have another great week this week.
