I missed updating my goals last week, so I’m going to update the goals I had posted two weeks ago then share this week’s goals.
For my previous goals (two weeks ago), I feel like I did a pretty good job of getting most of them accomplished. I have stopped taking on too many things at once, and that has made a huge difference. I feel more focused, less stressed, and like I can do a better job with the projects that I have said, “yes” to.
Here’s how I did:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1.
Work on listening to the kids more2.
Make a fun family treatPersonal Goals:
3. Juice – We had good intentions, but something always seemed to come up. Juicing is a process that takes about an hour from start to finish. This includes cleaning the juicer.
4.
Pray– And we continue to pray…5.
Walk on the treadmill one day this week– I put baby girl in her chair, and I was able to walk/run a whole 8 minutes before she’d had enough of her chair. I was happy to get that much time in. πHome Management Goals:
6.
Clean schoolroom7.
Clean the top of my dresser where things just seem to constantly accumulate…Business Goals:
8. Catch up onΒ 4 Weeks to a More Organized HomeΒ blog posts – I didn’t even get one blog post in this series written, so I’m far from being caught up. I’ll catch up as I can.
9.
Do some more premium plugin research10.
Write a post Iβm behind on
Here are my goals for this week:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1. Keep up with adding one ornament to the Christmas tree everyday until Christmas
2. Make Christmas cookies!
Personal Goals:
3. Juice at least 3 days this week
4. Pray
5. Walk on the treadmill two days this week
Home Management Goals:
6. Create a menu for a little family Christmas party
7. Find a place where we can donate Elisabeth’s swing
Business Goals:
8. Work on client project
9. Write two blog posts
10. Hug my computer. π This goal is just for fun. My computer died on me, and it needed to be repaired. I thought it would be fixed quickly, but after two trips to the Apple store and a phone call to Apple Care, I ended up having to have my computer fixed off-site. I got the email that it’s ready today! We’ll be heading back to the mall (an hour away) to pick up my newly fixed computer tomorrow. I know this is silly, but I have missed using my computer for work and pretty much everything else.
What are your goals for this week?
