I’m late posting Tuesday’s meals, I know. Our new computer arrived yesterday, and Ruben set it up last night. Since we don’t have wireless internet set up yet (soon, I hope!), we can only use one computer at a time with our internet connection.
Anyway, here is what Tuesday’s meals looked like:
Breakfast: Juice (carrot, apple, cucumber) and oatmeal with granola
Snack: coffee and I shared some hash browns with Elisabeth
Lunch: half a slice of pizza and peanut butter crackers (not exactly an ideal lunch)
Snack: green goddess smoothie and I shared some fries with Elisabeth
Dinner: juice (orange and carrot), leftover meatless chili with spaghetti, and a plate of broccoli
Snack: tea and chips (I couldn’t resist when Ruben was eating them right next to me.)
I know I didn’t eat the healthiest on Tuesday. π It’s a bit humbling sharing my diet with you guys, but it is helping me to make healthier choices, most of the time.
Today we’ll be heading out to the library and Old Navy, but I’m going to make sure we leave the house after lunch to resist the temptation to eat while we are out.

I think you did quite well on your eating. It looks like you ate lots of veggies, which is great. When you keep a balance in what you eat, meaning lots of good stuff with a little fun splurge food it helps you stay on track. Tonight for my fun splurge I had chocolate chips with almonds. One of each in your mouth and it is like having a chocolate covered almond. Can’t wait to see your next post. π
