Thank you for following along on my weight loss journey, and I’m truly hoping that each time I post a new update, I’ll be able to offer you, who are also on a journey to lose weight and be healthy, some tips and encouragement.

I recently attended a Twitter party for Denise Austin’s new book, and one of the fitness experts said that weight loss is 75% diet, and 25% exercise. I really think that is true because I see that in my own experience. I love to exercise and I really push myself at the gym 5 days a week, but I can never seem to lose any fat because I’m not watching my diet like I should. So don’t beat yourself up about not exercising…you are seeing great results π
