Besides my recent blog post, I’m sharing my Shaklee 180 month two weight loss results and update in a video. π
P.S. I know I look tired in this video. Mornings have felt like drudgery lately, and I need to start going to bed earlier! π
On Monday, I’m getting started in a Hello Mornings accountability group, which is what I need. I’ll be working on going to bed earlier so that I can wake up before my kids. My group is also going to keep me accountable to read my Bible, plan my day, and workout — all before the kids get up.
This is a sponsored post as part of theΒ ShakleeΒ Corporation blogger program. I have receivedΒ free products, online support, and incentives for participating in the Shaklee Corporation blogger program. My opinions are my own. People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180β’ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.

Thank you! The Hello Mornings group is going very well, and I’m pleased with the daily motivation I now have because of it. π

It great to see how excited you are about getting into a smaller size of pants. It sounds like the Shaklee program is really working well for you, losing 3 pounds this past month is great. I hope your accountability group for getting up early really helps you make the change to getting up early.
I know I recently started getting up before everyone else at our house and it is really nice. I did an Early to Rise Challenge and the accountability and going through the book Early To Rise by Andy Traub really helped me become more of an early morning person.
Have a great time at the conference.

Hi Shelly, thank you for the encouragement. The group is going really well. I do a simple checkin each morning after I’ve read my Bible, worked out, and planned my day. This little bit of accountability is just what I need to stay motivated to get the important things that need to be done each day – first thing in the morning.
I can barely keep my eyes open at the later hours I used to be up, too. That’s a good thing, and I’m now getting up before all or most of my kids, which is fantastic!

3 lbs in April is good going, keep up the great work π Definitely an awesome idea for accountability too.
Sandra says
Thank you, Nadine. I know myself, and I know that without accountability…I simply let things keep piling up and not getting done. My little group is already making a huge difference – after only 1 week so far.

Wow, you must have been so happy to be able to buy a size 12 pants at the store! Congratulations π I rarely shop for clothing because I hate it when nothing fits.
Sandra says
Hi Erin! I was very excited to finally be able to buy a size 12 in pants. π Shopping for clothes is now a whole lot less depressing than it used to be. I used to hardly EVER go clothes shopping for myself, neither did a have a desire to. Now, it isn’t a drudgery. No, I’m not a size 7, but I’ll take a size 12 for sure.
It took months and months for me to get down to this size, and I want to enjoy it and work at getting down to a size 10.

Hiyaa girl! Keep going. An accountability group sounds great. I may need one also to remind me about prayer, reading the bible and planning my day, and going to bed early. Funny, but you just described me. I’m thinking about this seriously. Thank you for sharing this.
