Thanks to Influenster for the imPRESS Press-On Manicure by Broadway nails. I think this is a fabulous product for moms.
It’s been long time since I’ve worn press-on nails, and I don’t remember having a good experience.
Actually, I was probably a teenager the last time I wore press-ons, so when Influenster sent these nails to me, I wasn’t really excited about trying them.
The BEST Press-On Nails Ever
However, I now have a completely different view of press-ons after trying out the imPress Press-on Manicure by Broadway nails. I honestly can’t say enough good things about these nails. Maybe it’s because as a mom, they’re an easy solution to pretty nails for me. I actually applied the nails while holding Elisabeth, my 18 month old daughter, and it was easy.
Here’s a Before & After picture of my nails:
Here’s what my nails looked like 3 days after I first applied the imPress manicure:
After 3 days, there was some visibly apparent chipping but, overall, not too bad.
Here are 8 Reasons why I Love imPress Press-on nails:
- They’re easy to apply and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes. I also like that you don’t need any help with application, even though, my 4 and 6 year old sons were ready to help mommy at any given second. π
- It’s a cinch to remove them.
- They don’t leave your natural nails damaged or gritty after taking them off.
- They’re the perfect length.
- It’s not burdensome to put my contact lenses in and out when I wear these nails.
- It’s painless to type on a keypad/keyboard with imPress nails. This is a must-have feature of any manicure, right?
- They come in many different styles and colors.
- It may be hard to tell from the pictures in this post, but these nails actually blended in exceptionally well with my natural nails.
When was the last time you wore press-on nails? As a mom, what’s your favorite quick and easy tip to pretty nails.
Erin @ My Mommy World says
These nails sounds great! The last time I tried press on nails, they didn’t last very long at all…maybe one afternoon. I would love to have nails this pretty without going to the salon.

Hi Erin, these nails last way longer than one afternoon, and there are different styles and colors to choose from that will likely fit your needs. π

I think like you it has been since I was a teenager since I have used press on nails. I love to paint my nails but it never seems to last more than a day. They get chipped up and look bad. I don’t think I am that hard on them but the housework, cooking and gardening do take a toll on them.
These look really great and the fact they look good after 3 days is a really a plus. Thanks for sharing about them.

I have the same issue, Shelly. The constant hand washing I have to do as a mom is hard on my nails, and I was impressed that these nails could withstand so much!
Melissa @ Living A Frugal Life says
I like how those don’t look like press on nails. I remember as a kid wearing the ones that popped off after like 5 mins! Those were the days!
Sandra says
Lol, Melissa. Those were the days! π These nails are way different, and they aren’t anything like the old press-ons that you remember from your teen years. I love these nails.
Melissa says
Wow! Those look nothing like the press on nails I remember messing with as a kid! They totally look like “the real deal” and I can’t believe they held up after several days! I may have to try them myself!
Sandra says
They are definitely the real deal, Melissa. They can withstand a lot and still look cute 3+ days later. I will definitely be purchasing these nails in the future. And I’ll be telling people about them, too. π

Thank you for your review. I am at this moment wearing my first pair of these nails. I have a couple of questions.
1. I’ve seen it recommended that you put a coat of clear polish over them to keep from chipping. Have you done this.
2. How far back should you trim your own nails?
Thank you very much for any help you can give this novice.
