Here’s my latest weight loss video update to go along with my recent blog post.
P.S. My goal this month is to really get active. It’s a struggle, because I’m constantly sitting for work. If you have any tips to share for how to squeeze in exercise, I’d love to hear them. ๐

I read a Denise Austin book once and she talked about how she fits in exercise when she’s not making her videos. She does small bursts of exercise all through the day. Squats while brushing your teeth, lunges while vacuuming, calf raises while cooking, etc.

I get up early to get my exercise out of the way for the day. This has been the only way I’ve been successful at getting regular exercise. I also use an app for my exercising each day, so I can vary from cardio, yoga or strength training so exercising doesn’t get boring. I didn’t have any weight loss this month, my weight just stayed the same.
Great job on losing 3 pounds Sandra. I hope you reach your goal this month.

Thank you, Shelly. You inspire me with how consistent you are with exercise. This is something I truly struggle with on a regular basis. Hopefully, once my daughter gets older, it’ll be easier.

I’m sort of having a roller coaster month this month, even though I’m not away from home. I’m trying to focus on eating healthy, but when my son (who’s sick) asked me to make cookies….I made cookies. Lol
