I think keeping my goals for last week simple and doable helped me to be able to cross nearly all of them off my list. That, and I wrote down them down in my planner, which kept them at the forefront of my mind.
Here’s how I did with last week’s goals:
Family/Mothering Goals:

Way to go on getting your goals done Sandra! I am sure it was a great feeling getting those items crossed off. I hope you can get out to get some shopping done for the kids. I know around here people wear shorts with socks and sandals year round, even in the rain. π

Thanks, Shelly! I’m hoping to make it to Kohl’s today before my coupon expires. It’s the last day, and I’ve been putting it off…

I see you mention juicing quite a bit….what are the benefits to juicing? Do your kids like it too?
Sandra says
Hi Erin, there are tons of health benefits for juicing. We were inspired to start after watching some health-related movies and then doing some research on our own. I will say that we’ve gotten out of the habit in recent months, but we’re working on juicing more regularly now.
My daughter (almost 2) LOVES juice. My other kids like when we make juicer lemonade or apple juice. They’ll also juice apple juice with carrot in it. Beyond that…it can be a struggle, but I’m confident that as we continue and they get older, they’ll start drinking their juice with more veggies in it.
