Last week, I set goals for the first six months of 2014.
I’m actually doing pretty well with those goals so far, except for the day last week when we unexpectedlyย had to take David to the hospital. It took almost two hours to drive to the hospital. We spent about two hours there, and then we drove back home in rush hour traffic and snow. It wasn’t a productive day, but that’s okay.
Anyway, I feel like I’m ready to start setting small weekly goals.
So here are my goals for this week…
Family/Mothering Goals:
1. Read to my little ones 5 times
2. Schedule a Family Night
Personal Goals:
3. Juice 1x
4. Walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes every day this week
5. Continue reading Super Immunity by Dr. Joel Fuhrman
Home Management Goals:
6. Order photographs
7. Wipe down door handles with disinfectant wipes
Business Goals:
8. Listen to two webinar recordings
9. Work on a client project
10. Write 4 blog posts

Good luck with your goals this week, Sandra! I hope everything goes well at the doctor’s appointment ๐

Thanks, Erin! Even though we ended up having to visit the doctor twice this week (2 hours-ish away in Chicago), I was able to get a lot done.

Looks like you have some great goals for this week. I hope the appointment goes well tomorrow.

Things did go well this week…not great as far as David’s health, but he’s improving. I hope you had a great week, Shelly!

Great looking goals. I am curious what webinars you are going to listen to this week. I have a room I need to clean out and this would be a great thing to do while cleaning.
Sandra says
Hi Lydia, I sign up for webinars and usually can’t make that at the exact time that they’re going, but then the hosts almost always email a recording of the webinar. Then I can listen to it whenever I have time. I usually listen to webinars on Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, or some other thing that’ll help me improve as a blogger/business owner.
Sometimes I listen to webinars on health-related topics and this week I listened in on a call with Crystal Paine. ๐

Hi Gina! Thank you! Last year, my one word for the year was “Productive,” and it made a huge difference in my year, I think. I feel like remembering that word and putting it before myself throughout the year truly did help me to have a more productive year.
