Is it absolutely freezing where you live? Here in the Chicagoland area, it’s dangerously cold and windy, so we’re planning on taking it easy and staying indoors as much as possible. I’m hoping to get a few goals crossed off my list today, too.
While I wasn’t able to get all of my goals accomplished last week, I feel like I had a productive week, overall.
Here’s an update on what I did get done:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1. Read to my little ones 5 times
2. Schedule a Family Night
Personal Goals:
3. Juice 1x
4. Walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes every day this week — I missed one day, but for the most part, I’m staying on the treadmill for well over 15 minutes. This is a huge step forward for me.
5. Continue reading Super Immunity by Dr. Joel Fuhrman
Home Management Goals:
6. Order photographs — I decided to wait for a good Walgreens photo coupon before I order pictures online.
7. Wipe down door handles with disinfectant wipes
Business Goals:
8. Listen to two webinar recordings — I only listened to one.
9. Work on a client project — This is going to wait awhile longer.
10. Write 4 blog posts — I wrote three.

You did a great job with your goals last week! We are having cold here in Ohio, too. Makes me just want to cuddle on the couch with a good book. Not good for getting much else done π
Hope you have a good cold week this week.

Thank you, Lydia! Unfortunately, we had to be out of the house quite a bit today, and it was insanely cold! We had to drive to Chicago for a doctor’s appointment, but thankfully, we don’t have another appointment until next Monday. I couldn’t be happier. π

You did a great job on your goals this past week. I hope this week goes well for you too. It is windy here but not too cold we are hovering just above freezing but the wind is brutal.
I cleaned my refrigerator door shelves out last week and they look so much better. I have even opened the refrigerator door just to admire how clean they are. π

My friend, Dr. Laurie Marbas, is a fan of Dr. Fuhrman. That’s how I first heard of him! I’m going to add Super Immunity to my list of to-read books.

Hi Gina, so far I’m learning from Super Immunity, and I want to try some of the recipes in the book. I’ve learned so much about the immune system because of my son’s illness, and I just want to know how we can get this “Super Immunity” naturally. π
I’m going to head over now to visit your friend’s facebook page!
