I have thirty minutes to write this post and share it on social media.
I’m getting a little alone time in before we put the kids to bed, and I thought that actually getting my goals post up on Monday (as opposed to Tuesday or Wednesday…) was just the thing to do. ๐
Here’s what I accomplished last week:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1.
Continue to work on memorizing two verses of scripture as a family — This will be our last week of Ephesians 4:29, and we’ll memorize the second part of Exodus 20:7 (Third Commandment)2.
Work on sewingwith Breanna — I was finally able to break out the needle and thread and sew the things that needed to be fixed, but I didn’t get the chance to work on these things with my daughter. Next time.Personal Goals:

P.S. I recently discovered that Amazon’s affiliate program was reinstated in Illinois (yay!), so some of the links in this post are affiliate links.

Sandra, looks like you were able to accomplish quite a bit this week. Way to go! I’m sorry the move to the new email service didn’t work very well. What service did you decide to go with?
I need to make a new twitter cover myself. Now just to figure out the new size to make it look right. ๐
Hope you have a great week!

Hi Shelly! I had gone with Mad Mimi, and things seemed great until I found that the web form or subscription box was just not what I was looking for. It wasn’t going to be easy to customize either, so instead of spending hours trying to figure it and made an new image for it, I decided that I’d switch back to Feedblitz.
I’m determined to use Feedblitz in a smarter way than I was before.

I admire that you are trying to memorize scripture each week. I am SO terrible at memorizing anything. When I teach Sunday School, I have to have the book right in front of me so I can remember what to say, even though I know the story backwards and forwards.
Hope you have a great week!

Hi Erin, it helps that we have the scriptures written out on a whiteboard in the dining room. ๐ This makes it super easy to go around the table at meal time and practice the verses.
