I didn’t make a whole lot of progress with my business goals last week, but I did pretty well otherwise. ๐

What are your goals for this week?
P.S. I recently discovered that Amazon’s affiliate program was reinstated in Illinois (yay!), so some of the links in this post are affiliate links.

I’d love to know what you think of the Virtual Freedom book. I’ve heard it a good one but I don’t own it, yet. ๐
I have to make a new FB cover and Twitter too. Since the changes both platforms have made both of them need to be redone.

Hi Shelly, so far so good. I’m about 21 pages into the book, and I’m learning. I’ll have to let you know what I think of it once I’m done. ๐

Sandra,
I hope you’re doing well!
I really like the way you listed “read 20 pages” in a book, instead of just listing finishing the book. I was just sitting here this morning thinking of all the books I need to finish! You’ve inspired me to make a countdown of pages and be realistic.
Hope all is well with your family ๐
Take care,
Debbie

Hi Debbie, we are doing so much better right now. Praise the Lord. I hope things are well with your family, too. ๐
And, yes, reading 20 pages at a time has been incredibly helpful. It makes reading an entire book less overwhelming and much more likely to happen! Lol
I know that I can easily find time to read 20 pages each week.
I hope you and your family have a good and restful weekend, friend. Thank you again for all of your prayers!

What all do you send to your subscribers? Is it just your blog posts or do you do something else?
Hope that you have a great week and can get some things accomplished!
Sandra says
Thank you, Lydia! And I send my blog posts to my subscribers, but I could also send other content as well. I’ve yet to do that…someday.
I hope you have a great weekend, Lydia!

Dear Sandra,
I always look forward to reading your blog. Welcome come from the Medieval experience my children would all be happy to have the same experience.
I wish also to congratulate David upon the good progress he has made fighting all effects of the treatment and the disorder. He looks so happy. I love his smile.
Thank for your inspiration. I have learnt to plan for the family and set monthly goals.
I have been so concerned about the weight i carry since i gave birth to my fourth born five years ago. From the various suggestions you make, i am getting into a habit of minding what i put in my mouth and my weight target by end of December is 75kg from 80kgs ( from a BMI of 30.1 to 25). I try to copy some of your recipes more especially the drinks. ( the Lemonade, the warm water with lemon and cayenne).
God bless you Sandra. Lots of love to the big five and you hubby.

Hi Jacqueline, thank you so much for your sweet comment. It made me smile. ๐
David continues to do well despite a small bump in the road that he’s currently dealing with.
I’m so glad that you’re being encouraged by my weight loss posts. I wasn’t sure if they were really helping anyone and if I should even keep writing them. I’m going to try to get a new weight loss post up next week.
I love drinking water with lemon and cayenne pepper. I feel like it makes water more interesting and there are added health benefits to adding the lemon (or lime) and cayenne pepper.
I hope you have a great rest of the week, Jacqueline! Thanks again for your encouragement.
