Okay, I give up trying to wake up before my kids every day.
That is, at least until I find a way to keep myself accountable.
My husband offered to help. But I know he’d be too forgiving, and things wouldn’t change much. ๐
So instead of having a goal to wake up by a certain time this week, I’m going to make an effort to find a way to keep myself accountable so that I can try again next week.
Besides struggling to wake up when my alarm clock went off, we didn’t try a new science experiment, and the light wasn’t right to take photos for a work assignment…
Here’s what I did get accomplished last week:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1.
Continue to work on memorizing two verses of scripture as a family2. Tryย a new science experiment with the kids — We’re hoping to try an exciting experiment this week and record it!
Personal Goals:
3.
Do resistance band exercises 3x4.
Walk a total of 75 minutes on the treadmill5.

What are your goals for this week?

I get what you mean for taking photos. We are having a beautifully sunny and windy day here today. But later this week we are to have snow or rain. The rainy days are so hard to get enough good light to take photos. If I can get them done in the morning It’s not too bad. I hope you have a good day with good light to get your photos.
If you want accountability for getting up, let me know. I’m two hours behind you but I’m sure we could figure out something that would work. ๐

We’ve had a lot of cloudy days lately, which makes taking photos challenging. I try to give myself enough time, though, so that if I have to reschedule taking photos… it’s not a big deal. ๐
And, yes, Shelly, I’d love for you to keep me accountable. I’ll email you soon! Thank you!
