I was able to fully complete 7 of my 10 goals for last week.
Andย while that’s not bad, I still made the decision to re-evaluate my goals and be more realistic about what I can get done each week.
After thinking things over, I came to the conclusion that my blog redesign needs to wait. Instead, I’m going to use that time to create videos for my YouTube channel, which is something that I definitely want to be doing right now. ๐
Here’s what I accomplished last week:
Family/Mothering Goals:

Continue to work on memorizing two verses of scripture as a family2.ย
Plan a fun family dayPersonal Goals:

Do resistance band exercises 4x4.
Walk a total of 190 minutes on the treadmill — I’m increasing this goal. The main reason that I can go up again in how much time I plan to spend on the treadmill is that I’m using the My Fitness Pal app to track my food intake & exercise. The app has been a highly motivating tool that I’ve been utilizing for a little over a month now, and I love it!5. Read 20 pages of The Lord of the Rings (Part One) The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien — I read 11 pages.
6. Journal 2x — I journaled once.

Unpack one old, worn out box of ‘stuff’ in the basement and place stuff in a new box8.

Shoot & upload a video on how to make peppermint sugar scrub — I’m hoping to start posting weekly on my personal YouTube channel. It’s been months since I’ve uploaded a video there, but now that we have a working system in place for filming videos on our family YouTube channel, I feel like I can stop making excuses and start uploading to my own channel again.10.ย Spend 1 hour on my blog redesign — I’ve decided to put this project on hold for now.

I am super excited about warmer weather that I can get out and walk in! Way to be consistent in walking on the treadmill!
