I’m looking forward to making Christmas cookies and monkey bread this week. π
I think I’m most excited about the monkey bread! I haven’t made it in years, and while the recipe is kind of time-consuming, the end result is worth the effort.
As for my goals, I crossed all of them off my list.

What are your goals for this week?
Lydia says
Hope your family has a great Christmas. are you going to be sharing your goals on the blog?
Sandra says
Thank you, Lydia! I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas, too! Congratulations again on precious baby #2. π
As for my New Year’s goals, I think I’m going to share some of them in a post soon. Over the years, I feel like I’ve gotten better and better about the way I go about setting goals and finding ways to make them realistically happen. There’s no more just sort of throwing stuff out there and hoping I accomplish it. LOL

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas π
Sandra says
We had a great Christmas, Erin! I hope your family did, too! And the monkey bread was SO good! I made it on Christmas Eve, and we had just enough leftover for a quick Christmas day breakfast. π
Shelly says
I saw the monkey bread photo on Facebook too it indeed looked yummy! We just went last night to see Christmas lights we are hoping to get out to see more on a different street later this week.
Glad to hear you all had a wonderful Christmas.
Sandra says
Thank you, Shelly! I’m pretty sure I’m going to start making that monkey bread more often. π
I hope you and your family enjoy the Christmas lights this week! We’re keeping ours up for a little while longer and will wait for decent weather to take them down. Today’s weather was terrible here in IL…the freezing rain kept coming down most of the day.
