Well, last week, I got so sidetracked with redesigning my blog, caring for a sick child, and dealing with my own serious caffeine withdrawal symptoms (I quit drinking coffee) that I didn’t get all of my goals crossed off. But that’s okay.

I’m not sure how you are able to cope without a cup of coffee to help you through ๐ But I hope your withdrawal symptoms have disappeared!
The new blog design is so pretty! Congratulations on a great job ๐

Thank you so much, Erin! While I’m still experiencing some slight withdrawal symptoms (they can last a while), they’re not so bad now.
I do not miss the coffee at all, and I know that I’m not going back to it as a regular drink of choice. I’m sure I’ll still have a cup every few months at social events (maybe), but I won’t be keeping it in my home.
Instead, I typically drink unsweetened hot organic tea and water. And I’ve been drinking a cup of hot chocolate at least once a day lately. ๐ My husband likes to make me a cup as a treat when I’m working on things. He’s so sweet.

I hope your caffine withdrawls are starting to ease up. I know when I went off of caffine a years ago, I never drank coffee but did drink pop. It was really hard but after a week or so things started to get better. I hope you are doing better now.
Sandra says
Thanks, Shelly! The withdrawal symptoms aren’t totally gone but they’ve definitely eased up a lot. And I’m very grateful for that. ๐
