What are your goals for this week?
P.S. If you’re following our RV adventure this year, we still don’t have our RV back yet. When we got back to Illinois from Florida, we had a long list of things that needed to be fixed on it, and the main problem with the RV (the flooring) has yet to be repaired and probably won’t be until at least January. However, it sounds like we could get our RV back at some point in the near future and be able to have it until it’s able to be transported back to the manufacturer for the flooring repair early next year. All that to say, things are up in the air right now with RVing, and I’ll share another update soon if anything has changed.
Erin @ My Mommy World says
I’m so sorry to hear about the RV situation! It must be super frustrating to have to wait so long to get the flooring fixed.
Hope you’re enjoying time with your extended family while you wait for your RV adventure to start again…and glad to see more frequent updates from you too!
Sandra says
Thank you, Erin! We are enjoying time with our extended family. π Thanks for the encouragement on the updates, too! It’s nice to be sharing more and getting back into the swing of things with online work.
Shelly says
Oh no, sorry to hear it’s taking so long for the RV to be fixed. What happened to the flooring?
I think it can be hard to get back into a regular routine especially when things are in flux. It’s good you are having a good time with your extended family.
Hopefully, you’ll be able to get the RV back soon and be able to use it a little before summer is over.
Sandra says
Hi, Shelly! The problem with the flooring is that it’s coming apart underneath the laminate. We actually noticed the separation within probably the first couple of weeks of RVing…maybe sooner…I don’t remember exactly. But the separation has only gotten worse and now it’s in 3 spots in the RV. I think that it was not properly installed from the get-go, but we didn’t realize it until we had the RV in our possession and started RVing. It really needs to be repaired because it’s only going to get worse at this point. π

Ugh! What a not cool break for you all. At least you are able to get it fixed.
Glad you were able to do so well with your goals, even if it took you a few weeks. π
Sandra says
Thank you, Lydia! I hope you have a great week! π
