Today, I’m sharing a peanut butter syrup recipe that I shared in a blog post a few years ago. That post is buried on my blog but this recipe is still fabulous so I’m sharing it again in the hopes that new followers can see it and maybe save it for later.
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pancake syrup
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once the ingredients have come together in the pan and they resemble a thick syrup, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Serve over ice cream, pancakes, biscuits, etc...
You could enjoy this peanut butter syrup with so many foods! Of course, it’s great drizzled over ice cream, but you could also have it with pancakes, waffles, and even biscuits. You could also drizzle it over the whipped cream that tops your morning or afternoon coffee. Yum! π
