Last week was a pretty good week as far as eating goes. I lost .5 lbs. which brings me to a weight of 216 lbs. and a total weight loss of 12.5 lbs.
This week we are going to concentrate on eating more raw foods. I had been doing a pretty good job of this a few weeks ago, but when school really picked up, I put this on the back burner and concentrated on quick and easy meals. I’m going to go back to my raw foods recipe book and choose some recipes to try this week. I’m planning on making grocery shopping trips to Whole Foods and Trader Joes tomorrow to gather the ingredients I’ll need.
I’ll post an updated picture next week to show my progress so far! π
