Life certainly got busy this past month so I didn’t get around to writing another goals post until now.
That’s okay, though. We’ve been doing a lot of great things as a family and making many memories in the process. We finally experienced our “Illinois Staycation” and that was so much fun.
We visited new places and some places that my husband and I have been to as kids or in the past but our kids haven’t had the opportunity to experience. It was all fun and I have more to share in a future blog post. I want to share lots of pictures because I tried to capture as much as I could while not taking away from our time together as a family. But I’ll share those in a dedicated staycation post later. Stay tuned. π
Here are my goals for the next week or so:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1. Take David out for a special meal — My husband and I started taking one of our kids out to eat for a special meal each week throughout the holidays and we’ve decided to continue through 2022.
2. Do driving lessons with Breanna at least twice – She’s driven to our library downtown and back home a couple of times. New achievements.
Personal Goals:
3. Lift hand weights 3 times
4. Walk at least 180 minutes — I plan to do this by walking on the treadmill and taking family walks outside.
5. Read Bible
6. Journal twice
Home Management Goals:
7. Fill a bag with items to donate
8. Clean upstairs bathroom
Business Goals:
9. Go through 5 business emails
10. Film, edit, and upload a video to my YouTube channel — This next video will be a vlog. I haven’t filmed a vlog in ages but I plan on making one of our time together at a waterpark.
