After spending much of the week inside the house, we decided that we needed to get a few groceries today. We picked up mostly the essentials like organic milk, organic butter, organic salad mix, Annie’s Organic Macaroni & Cheese, and whipped cream (for coffee and hot cocoa). We went to Target for said groceries, and while we were there we decided to check out the Christmas clearance.

Everything was 90% off.

And most of it was things we didn’t need, but along with the wrapping paper, gift bags, and tinsel on clearance, they had marked down the children’s Christmas clothing as well.

I quickly went through it and found 4 adorable pieces of baby girl clothing in the perfect size for our baby girl – size NB or Newborn. And it was 90% off, too!

So for all four items, I ended up paying only $3.17. Amazing. Plus I used my Target card and saved another 5%.

I’m so happy to have found these cute outfits on clearance in Elisabeth’s size. The reason being that she doesn’t have a lot of clothes that fit her tiny body at the moment (she does have a ton of clothing – just not in her current size). I didn’t anticipate her needing to be in Newborn size clothing for very long so I hardly bought anything in that size. Actually, all I bought her in size Newborn was a couple pairs of pants and two outfits.

Thankfully, my mom gave me some very cute Newborn size outfits and onesies that Elisabeth has been able to add into her wardrobe, too.

But now with the outfits I picked up for her today, she should be able to go a whole week before we need to do her laundry. 🙂
