Beauty Review: Fysiko Eyelash Growth Serum (Month 2 Results)

After two months of using the Fysiko Eyelash Growth Serum, I can tell that my lashes are longer and stronger.

In particular, I recognize that I have noticeably longer lashes after applying mascara. I can tell that my lashes extend further than they did before, so the lash serum is definitely working. It’s pretty amazing, actually. I would’ve never imagined that I could grow longer lashes naturally, but with the Fysiko serum, it can be done.

Fysiko has Exceeded My Expectations
I’m very happy with the results I’m getting while using the Fysiko lash serum, and I’m truly loving the look of my lashes now. They’re fuller, lengthier, and even healthier looking.

Side note: Please excuse the less than perfect lighting in these pictures. I shot them in the library, where I often go to get work done. Next time, I’ll be sure to shoot them at home in natural light. πŸ™‚

Beauty Review: imPRESS Press-On Manicure by Broadway Nails (pretty nails for moms)

It’s been long time since I’ve worn press-on nails, and I don’t remember having a good experience.

Actually, I was probably a teenager the last time I wore press-ons, so when Influenster sent these nails to me, I wasn’t really excited about trying them.

However, I now have a completely different view of press-ons after trying out the imPress Press-on Manicure by Broadway nails. I honestly can’t say enough good things about these nails. Maybe it’s because as a mom, they’re an easy solution to pretty nails for me. I actually applied the nails while holding Elisabeth, my 18 month old daughter, and it was easy.

Here’s what my nails looked like 3 days after I first applied the imPress manicure:

After 3 days, there was some visibly apparent chipping but, overall, not too bad.

Here are 8 Reasons why I Love imPress Press-on nails:

  1. They’re easy to apply and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes. I also like that you don’t need any help with application, even though, my 4 and 6 year old sons were ready to help mommy at any given second. πŸ˜‰
  2. It’s a cinch to remove them.
  3. They don’t leave your natural nails damaged or gritty after taking them off.
  4. They’re the perfect length.
  5. It’s not burdensome to put my contact lenses in and out when I wear these nails.
  6. It’s painless to type on a keypad/keyboard with imPress nails. This is a must-have feature of any manicure, right?
  7. They come in many different styles and colors.
  8. It may be hard to tell from the pictures in this post, but these nails actually blended in exceptionally well with my natural nails.

Who doesn’t want long, beautiful lashes?

I certainly do. πŸ™‚

The reality is that as I get older, my lashes need a little extra help. Yes, mascara is fabulous, and if I could only choose one product to apply to my face each day, it would be mascara. But, but, but…mascara can only take me so far, which is why I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity to review a natural eyelash growth product called Fysiko Eyelash Growth Serum.

What is Fysiko Eyelash Growth Serum?
Fysiko is a natural growth serum that allows you to grow fuller, longer lashes in just 6 weeks. You apply it over your eyelids the same way that you’d apply eyeliner.

So far, my results have been positive after only 3 weeks of use.

I’m totally making myself vulnerable by allowing the camera to get this close to my face.Β I prefer pictures to be taken of me from across the room. πŸ˜‰

I started using using Fysiko on May 9th, and I’m already noticing a difference. My face doesn’t look as washed out when I’m not wearing mascara, and my lashes are looking better overall.

Using Fysiko with Contact Lenses
I’m able to use the Fysiko serum while I wear contact lenses. The directions say to apply the serum before you put your contact lenses in, but I found that this bothered my eyes once I had my lenses in (this is just me). Instead,Β I put in my contact lenses, then I apply the serum just like you’d apply eyeliner. I wait for the serum to dry, and I’m good to go.

I’m looking forward to sharing how the serum is working on my lashes over the next few months. I’m three weeks into using Fysiko, but I’ll be testing it for a full 16 weeks. I’m going to share pictures of my monthly results on all of my posts, so that you can see the difference right along with me.
