Life has been busy, busy, busy this past week, but I did get almost all of my goals crossed off my list. I’m thankful for that.
Here’s how I did with last week’s goals:
Here are this weekโs goals:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1.
Make a fall treat for our family โ something with pumpkin in it(we made pumpkin donut holes)2.
Read to the kids and return library booksPersonal Goals:
3. Wake up by 5:30am every morning — While I didn’t get up by 5:30 every morning, I have consistentlyย been getting up before most of the kids. That has been making a big difference in my day. Big. It allows me time to work in the morning before the kids crowd into the office and the morning craziness starts.
4. Read my bible everyday this week — I did open my Bible almost everyday this week. ๐
5.
Exercise with the kids— We took a fun trip to the zoo!Home Management Goals:

Here are this weekโs goals:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1. Make another fall treat for our family โ something with pumpkin in it
2. Buy a few pieces of winter clothes for the kids – We were blessed to live close to family in Illinois and rarely had to buy more than a few pieces of clothes a year for each of the kids. Our family generously provided cute and even trendy clothes for the kids for birthdays and holidays or even ‘just because.’ Now that we live in Georgia, though, we’re pretty much on our own. Lol! ๐
This is a new thing for me and with five kids that can get pretty expensive. Thankfully, we homeschool, and the kids don’t need a lot of clothes or the coolest, cutest clothes to fit in.
Personal Goals:
3. Wake up by 6:30am every morning
4. Read my bible everyday this week
5. Have a date night with Ruben
Home Management Goals:
6. Unpack one box from the garage – Yes, we still have a lot of boxes to unpack…not of stuff we really need, though. I’m unpacking a box of toys for the kids. I may regret it.
7. Clean and tidy up the school room
Business Goals:
8. Attend 1 webinar and 1 Twitter party
9. Write 3 blog posts
10. Work on client projects
