I know this update is a bit late, but here goes. I lost .5 lbs. last week putting me at 217lbs. I would have preferred at least a one pound weight loss, but considering my birthday was last week and that involved birthday cake, ice cream, and other unhealthy foods, I suppose a 1/2 lb. weight loss for the week isn’t surprising.
Unhealthy food will do that to you. It will hinder weight loss. But since it was for my birthday, I’m not too bummed.
At least I lost weight (albeit small) and didn’t gain. That’s something to celebrate. π
I’m hoping for better results next week, though.
Here’s where I stand at the moment:
Current Weight:Β 217 lbs.
Goal Weight:Β 170 lbs.
# of total pounds I want to lose in 2012:Β 50lbs.
# of pounds to go until I reach my goal:Β 47 lbs.
