Hi, guys! In this vlog, we head to a Build-A-Bear Workshop for a super fun time and a new Peanut Big Top Lalaloopsy doll! After that, I get a new haircut and style at the Salon by InStyle at JCPenney!
I hope you enjoy the video! π

I was able to cross off all of my goals again. π
I was even able to upload a couple of extra videos because Ruben didn’t finish up work until late a few nights last week, which meant that I had extra time to edit videos on his computer. My computer is still dead, and after writing out the budget for August, it turns out we’re not going to have the extra money we need to have it fixed this month after all. The repairs will have to wait until next month.
BUT THAT’S OKAY for two reasons:
It’s true, and I can hardly believe it!
God is so good, and we’re thankful for this incredible blessing! Ruben will most likely be the one usingΒ the new laptop, and I’m probably going to takeover his computer because it has iMovie, which is the program I use to edit our videos.
The laptop should be delivered soon, and just…wow! π
Anyway, here’s what I accomplished last week:
Family/Mothering Goals:
1.
Continue to work on memorizing two verses of scripture as a family2.Β
Read to my children 5xPersonal Goals:
3.
Do resistance band exercises 4x4.
Walk a total of 100 minutes on the treadmill5.
Read 10 pages of The Lord of the Rings (Part One) The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien6.
Journal 2xHome Management Goals:
7.
Buy school supplies for the upcoming school year8.
Clean and organize Elisabeth’s Play-Doh areaBusiness Goals:
9.
Shoot, edit, & upload one new videoΒ toΒ our family YouTube channel— I ended up getting two videos uploaded. And Ruben and I worked together on rebranding the Fun Playtime Reviews channel. I think the design we came up with is great, and I hope others like it, too. I was NOT expecting to work on creating a new header/logo for our channel over the weekend, but Ruben surprised me with a new design when the kids and I got home from my nephew’s birthday party on Saturday. He had a fantastic design that I ended up tweaking with some font and color changes. We’re a good team. π10.
