In the vlog I’m sharing today, we went to a sit-down restaurant, which is something we haven’t done since David’s Make-A-Wish trip in September of 2014. Then later that day, we stopped at Target to check out the Easter clearance. π
10 Goals for the Week
Once again, I was able to cross off nearly all of my goals, but because I keep missing the goal I have to create four videos per week for our family YouTube channel, I’m going to revise it.

The Latest YouTube Videos on Fun Playtime Reviews
I had a goal to get four videos uploaded to Fun Playtime Reviews this week, but we only ended up filming three.
And instead of trying to film a video on Sunday, I decided to simply move the fourth video I’d planned to film this week to next week.
And since I’m trying to post at least two videos to my personal channel each week as well, I think I may need to lower my goal for Fun Playtime Reviews to only three videos per week going forward.
Anyway, before I get to the videos, here are a few YouTube-related things I’ve observed:
- If you have a video that YouTube doesn’t allow you to immediatelyΒ monetize but instead decides to label it as “monitoring for possible monetization,” there is hope that someday it will be monetized even though (according to YouTube) “monitoring for possible monetization” means that it MAY or MAY NOT ever be considered for monetization. Have I lost you? I hope not. π
What I want to tell you is that YouTube didn’t allow us to immediately monetize the very first video that we uploaded to Fun Playtime Reviews, but this week, they considered it for monetization. And it went from being labeled as “monitoring for possible monetization” to “under review.”Β I then received an email from YouTube and had to let them know that we weren’t violating any copyright with our own personal video, and a little later in the day, it was monetized.
- Responding to comments that people leave on your videos is a good idea and a great way to let people know that you care that they took the time to watch your video and share their thoughts. π
- I enjoy editing our vlogs, and I laugh a lot while working on them.
And now, here are this week’s videos:
Super Mario Plush Adventures Episode 10 (The Final Episode)
Disney World and Universal Studios Florida Souvenirs Show and Tell
SpongeBob SquarePants Kinder Surprise Eggs Opening!
Super Mario Plush Adventures Episode 9
Each week, here on The Sensible Mom, I write a weekly wrap-up post to share the videos we’ve uploaded since our last update. Please feel free to subscribe to our channel to stay even more up-to-date.
